Craving something sweet doesn’t mean you have to derail your goals. One of my favorite high-protein desserts takes just a couple of minutes to make and feels more like ice cream than a nutrition snack.

🍓 High-Protein Cheesecake Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • Fresh strawberries or blueberries
  • Optional: Crushed graham crackers or a few dark chocolate chips for texture

Directions:

  1. Mix the Greek yogurt, protein powder, pudding mix, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Top with your favorite berries.
  3. Add a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers or dark chocolate chips if desired.
  4. Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes (or enjoy immediately).

Takeaway:
Healthy eating isn’t about avoiding desserts—it’s about making them work for your goals. By building your treats around protein, you’ll stay fuller longer, satisfy your sweet tooth, and make it much easier to stay consistent. Consistency beats perfection every time.
