Yesterday we talked about eating better when you only have 15 minutes for a break.

So today, let’s make something you can actually bring with you.

These High-Protein Buffalo Chicken Wraps are easy to make, don’t require a bunch of weird ingredients and give you a solid combination of protein and carbs to get you through a busy shift.

What you’ll need:

1 lb cooked chicken breast, shredded
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup buffalo sauce
1 packet ranch seasoning
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large tortillas
Shredded lettuce
Diced tomato, optional

Mix the Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce and ranch seasoning together. Add the shredded chicken and mix until everything is coated.

Divide the chicken between four tortillas, add cheese, lettuce and tomato, then roll them up.

That’s it.

You can make all four at once, wrap them individually and have lunches ready to grab throughout the week.

Depending on the tortilla, cheese and Greek yogurt you use, each wrap should land around 400–450 calories with roughly 40–45g of protein.

Add a piece of fruit, some vegetables or Greek yogurt on the side and you’ve got a pretty solid work lunch.

And if you’re thinking:

“I don’t have time to meal prep.”

This isn’t Sunday afternoon with 14 containers spread across your kitchen.

Cook some chicken. Mix everything in a bowl. Make four wraps.

You’re probably looking at 15–20 minutes.

Healthy eating doesn’t always require more time.

Sometimes it just requires having something ready before you’re hungry and standing in front of the vending machine.
