5.) What do you do to alleviate that stress?

I am in the gym at 5:00 a.m. most mornings to keep my body and mind balanced. I also enjoy meditation, being in nature and spending time with my children.

7.) What;s your reason for watching your wellness?

Wellness is a lifestyle for me. I enjoy feeling good both physically and mentally and find that maintaining that balance positively impacts all areas of my life. I also want to remain active as I age, so I can enjoy new experiences and adventures.

8.) What inspires your nutrition choices?

I prefer clean eating for the health benefits. How the foods I consume impact me and make me feel overall is extremely important to me. I plan on being around for many more years and want to get the most out of my mind and body in the process.

9.) What are your goals for training?

Training for me is first and foremost a stress outlet and just something I truly enjoy. Outside of that, I focus on building strength and maintaining tone muscle mass.

10.) How are you actively working to maintain your mental health?

I do a lot of water meditation and am focused on being present as much as possible and maintaining a calm mind. I also listen to a lot of audible and podcasts that focus on self-improvement and development.

Overall, I want to be the best person I can be for both myself and my children.
