3.How active is your position? Moderate (some movement, walking)
4.Rate your current Stress? 4/5
5.What do you do to alleviate that stress? I am very structured so making sure I start my day with some movement is key. Whether its a workout or a long walk, i need that to clear my head
6.How often do you exercise?6-7 days a week
7.What’s your reason for watching your wellness? It use to be for vanity. I found an identity in it. Now, it’s for my kids. I am an older father so being around and active with them is paramount.
8.What inspires your nutrition choices? Im half italian so I love food but food has become fuel. I strive for balance. If i am on my plan 90% of the time that still leaves 10% of time to enjoy moments with family and friends.
9.What are your goals for training?To be able to stay active well into my 80’s
10.How are you actively working to maintain your mental health? I meditate, journal, and do breathing exercises
11.What is your overall reason for focusing on nutrition, fitness, mental health, and financial health? To live long enough to see my kids become everything they want to be
