Reading, walking swimming and being in the sunshine

2-3 days a week
7.What;s your reason for watching your wellness?
To be present for my family and to feel strong. I’m not as active or competitive as the other people in my family and I have tailored my wellness to what works for me.
8.What inspires your nutrition choices?
This is something that I am always learning about, being mindful of what makes me feel good and what doesn’t. Looking at portions and when I eat helps me to make better choices. I love sweets and I don’t deprive myself of them I just limit the amount I eat.
9.What are your goals for training?
To stay active, and feel good all the time.
10.How are you actively working to maintain your mental health?
I’m a person who is always self evaluating, reading is something that helps me, spending time in my yard, planting flowers and enjoying my porch swing always helps me.
11.What is your overall reason for focusing on nutrition, fitness, mental health, and financial health?
I realized along time ago that I’m the only person in charge of my life, what I put in my body either physically, mentally, and enviormently is 100% my choice. When you realize that then you are accountable, present and aware.
