Most people think exercise is about losing weight.

It’s not.

Movement is one of the most powerful forms of medicine available—and it doesn’t come with a prescription.

Regular movement can:

  • Improve insulin sensitivity and blood sugar control
  • Lower blood pressure
  • Reduce anxiety and depression
  • Increase energy throughout the day
  • Strengthen your heart and lungs
  • Preserve muscle and bone as you age
  • Improve sleep quality
  • Enhance focus and productivity

You don’t have to spend an hour in the gym to experience these benefits.

Fifteen intentional minutes is infinitely better than doing nothing.

Your body was designed to move. Every step, squat, push-up, and walk is an investment in your future capacity.

Remember:

Health isn’t the goal. Health is the foundation that increases your capacity to become who you were created to be.

15-Minute Bodyweight Workout

Complete 3 rounds:

  • 15 Air Squats
  • 10 Push-Ups (modify on a bench or knees if needed)
  • 12 Reverse Lunges (6 each leg)
  • 15 Glute Bridges
  • 20 Mountain Climbers (10 each side)
  • 30-Second Plank

Rest 60 seconds between rounds.

Finish with a 5-minute walk to bring your heart rate down and reinforce the habit of daily movement.

The best workout isn’t the hardest one.

It’s the one you’ll do consistently.
